Since the 20th of March we are seeing a surge in new Gateways being registered to our cloud service. Since that must have a reason we think that the Enecsys Monitoring stopped already working and users are looking for an alternative.
We are happy to offer such an alternative but users must know that we cannot offer a free service for all former Enecsys customer.
After Easter 2015 we have to stop offering theĀ free service.
Customers still under warranty should urge their installers to pay the yearly fee for them OR they should return the gateway back to their installers.
