If you are an PV Installer and running our software instead of using our cloud service you need to configure which gateways are being considered as paid gateways.

To do that start “Aloaha Config” from the Windows start menu. The following GUI will start:

1. First you need to enter the 10 digit gateway serial number into the field “Gateway Serial”
2. If the gateway has never sent data you need to click the button “Create System” before you proceed.
3. Now you can check the “Paid” check-box and press the button “Save”
